You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for the current cycle, but you retain full access until the period ends.
If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
The 30-Day Pass is a one-time purchase. If you're unsatisfied within the first 7 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, the pass is non-refundable since access has already been provided.
The Free plan costs nothing and requires no payment information. There's nothing to refund.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, such as repeated signups and cancellations to exploit the refund window. We'll always communicate clearly if this applies.
